Tracking the Criminal Case against Sanjeev Mishra and Pramod Mishra

Here’s how you can track the criminal proceedings against one of the Directors of Convergytics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Sanjeev Mishra) and his Father, Pramod Mishra, who was Head of Finance. They have both been chargesheeted for siphoning off at least 5–6 Crores of Funds from the Company and at least 10–12 others (maybe even more) are still being investigated (as per our information) by the CID and may be added to the charge sheet.

Step 1: Visit the eCourts Website

Step 2: Click on Case Status on the Left Hand Menu

Step 3: Choose Karnataka, Bangalore, CMM Court Complex, and Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in the Filter Options above

Step 4: Enter Petitioner/Respondent as Sanjeev Mishra and Year as 2022 (Case was filed by CID last September). Enter the Captcha and Press Go.

Step 5: Click on View to see the entire details of the case, the latest status and also what happened in each hearing.

Step 6: Note the Next Hearing Date (Today). Click the last date in Case History to see what happened in the previous hearing.

e.g. On the March 16th Date, A1 (Sanjeev Mishra) was present, but A2 (His Father, Pramod Mishra) was absent, and they conveniently filed a permanent exemption petition at the last minute without serving it on the APP. The APP did express her protest to it not being served. But, the hearing had to be pushed to the next date.

e.g., On May 26th, the Presiding Officer was on leave, and hence, the case got moved to the next date.
